1) Good experience in Exterior system and knowledge of regulation requirements. ( bumper system, trim parts, rear spoiler or plastic lift gate)
2) Experienced in feasibility analysis, especially on tooling.
3) Familiar with manufacture processes of exterior parts, such as injection, painting, chrome etc.
4) Basic knowledge on plastic materials for exterior parts.

职位描述

工作内容：
1.获取来自法国工程部门的输入数据(功能规范、卷宗、负载、过程约束……)
2.执行功能分析和AMDEC(PFMEA)，并设置CTF列表
3.为组件设置技术规范(ST)(检查卷的一致性，标准的应用，数值和实验验证条件。)
4.准备RFQ文件并组织供应商咨询
5.分析供应商提供并向法国工程部门提出技术判断
6.供应商质量管理:与质量助理工程师一起准备供应商评审，确保与供应商一起，“foqu@lis”的后续工作流程是最新的。
7.管理供应商的工程工作，感谢定期的技术评审(产品设计，工具实现，验证，过程布局。)
8.更新组件开发进度，向项目团队传达信息
9.分析供应商技术数据(图纸，IVP，样品和样品报告，测试报告，产品和工艺评定报告)并提供技术判断
10.要求铸件和材料工程师协助完成技术分析
11.为底盘项目经理提供“接受”:图纸执行工作流程，样品接受表，产品/流程合格验收表
12.根据项目时间安排，与测试部门(法国或当地合作伙伴)组织内部的工作台验证。
13.有关零部件的车辆测试:管理零部件样品的供应，确保产品的综合和一致性，并根据车辆性能要求，引导产品的发展。
14.确保最终工厂的部件装配过程是可接受的审核供应商，质量工程师确认产品或工艺合格
15.协助项目团队解决前系列车辆的质量问题，并在生产期(向中国的最终工厂转移)与供应商一起管理必要的产品和工艺变化，了解部件的配置情况。
16.收集、记录和分享技术文件，并在工作进展的过程中向法国工程部门提供反馈意见，以便对中国使用的部件技术规范进行改进。
任职要求：
1.具体的学术培训:底盘经历
2.初级工程师:1 ~ 3年的经验在底盘开发
3.语言:流利的英语(口语和书面)
4.行为能力:严谨和具有良好的技术分析能力;良好的沟通技巧软技能:决策/沟通/快速学习者/标准/解决问题的工作。
