I'm only giving a star because the site will not let me post unless I give one. They are so terrible that they do not deserve even one star. They have terrible customer service. Both me and my mom have had trouble with them fixing watches in a timely fashion and they lied to both of us about when the watches would be done. They did this to my mom 2 years ago and they did this to me this past month. I went into have my watch fixed and they said a week to a week 1/2. So I went back 2 weeks later and they hadn't even touched my watch it was right were they had dropped it when I first left! Then they told me to come back in 2 more weeks because they would not be able to do it until the end of the month. Needless to say I'm never going back.

I have been a customer for over 2 years in and out I made so many pawns over the last year its ridiculous. I was personally in on 9/6 /19 and dealt with MATT I specifically asked about both my computer's stating we still have them and so I thought I was making payments to keep from loosing he failed to bring my 700.00 hp desktop current with a payment or two and told him soon as I get my disability check I will be in around the 26th to 27th yup ok see ya then on 9 /25 I happened to view the receipt and didn't see my desktop called and said they sold it upon checking I see the sold out on buya site for 341.00 on 9 /11 /19 very frustrated over this as I was in that store to take care of it but was failed to be presented or looked up correctly this could have been stopped. I will not stop I'm very very ticked off

I I was recommended to this place by a close friend. He told me they have the largest collection of new and vintage watches in the world. I frankly was skeptical, but when I went into the store I couldn't believe it. Although the store they have is quite small, they have more watches per square inch in any one could possibly imagine! As soon as I went in I was approached by a tall very friendly gentleman by the name of George. He asked me if there was anything he could show me. I told him I was looking for a certain style of Omega watch that I remember as a kid my grandfather had. He proceeded to show me multiple trays of the Omega watches that had virtually every style I could possibly imagine. He said they had over 1000 just Omega watches in their shop. After about an hour of being very patient with me, George found the exact watch I was looking for. It was a vintage omega from the 1950's. It was not gold, but rather stainless steel. It had an extra large round case with very fancy large tear drop lugs. It had a very unusual silver faded dial with black Arabic numbers. It came on a black lizard strap just like the one my father had! The watch was in new condition, even though it was about 70 years old. They gave me a 2 year guarantee with the watch as well. The price was about half of what I was expecting to pay if I even found he watch I wanted, which I was surprised I even found. This place tends to be very busy, so some times you may need some patience. Overall, I would say I was very satisfied & like my friend I would recommend this shop if your a collector of moderate to high watches and timepieces. I would also suggest you ask for George as he was the one who personally took care of me and answered all my questions and had a tremendous amount patience.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I have been collecting coins for 40 years and needed some quick cash due to being laid off from work. I brought 7 silver dollars and one commemorative silver dollar to Old World Jewelry and Loan and was offered only $100 for the lot which is bullion value (silver content) for these coins. One of the coins is a 1928 Peace Dollar that I had been offered $100 for by another coin dealer! I also had 2 1892-S Morgan dollars and a 1903-S Morgan dollar as well as 2 1934-S Peace dollars in this lot of 7. After he looked at the coins and made the offer of $100 for all 8 coins, I pointed out that one of the coins was a 1928 Peace dollar. The "coin dealer" acted as though he was unaware and when I argued with him about his offer he picked up my coins from the counter and threw them on the floor! He had a 350 to 400 pound bodyguard in his shop, so I guess despite the "coin dealer" being 75 years old he could get away with such action. I told him that he was a crook and left. This is by far the most unprofessional coin shop I have ever dealt with.

I would give this place 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from this store. I noticed, when I finally received it, that the prongs looked like they had been chewed up. They were crooked and it looked like the diamond didn't fit in it. I asked my fiance about it and he didn't have a clue why it was like that. They had told him that he was getting a "GREAT" deal. They had sold the ring to him for $500 when they said it was originally a $700 ring. I went to a local jewelry store to try to fix the prongs. The man that owned the store is a good friend and told me the truth. First, he asked me how much my fiance had paid for the ring. And, sadly, he told me that my ring was probably worth $80. Also, my ring was designed to have a circle diamond instead of a square. They just basically stuffed a diamond that didn't fit into the ring. Therefore, my ring could not be fixed. These people are complete liars and are just looking to take advantage of people that don't know jewelry that well (my fiance and I are college students). Do NOT go to them for anything. I am extremely disappointed in the type of business they are running.
