After speaking with the Son and his father (the owner) you can see why, Rude, Clueless and have no interest in your business. They have a buzzer to let you in the store, believe me, not worth the effort to push to allow entry. The atmosphere well, You would get a better feeling in a morgue. The location is a prime site for a retailer or restaurant. I believe they would do the community a service to close and allow someone make something of the site. If you are interested in Numismatics, Buying or Selling this is not the place to go, you will be either overcharged for a product, or way undervalued of any product you may wish to sell, besides being insulted. This was by far the most horrible experience I ever encountered. We brought in a solid sterling silver WWII vase (weight - 1 1/2 pounds). We were greeted nicely by the lady at the front counter - their silver expert was another story. He treated us so rudely that we left there in total disgust. What further made us angry, is they were HIGHLY recommended. By what standards does the TV station use? (Yes, I suspect they will withdraw their recommendation after I contacted them about our experience). Not only did the so called expert walk away from us (which is against store policy) he abandoned us in the middle of store, no one was around to ask further questions. When I mean he walked away, I mean just that. He acted as if we were bothering him. We told him who recommended us, we treated him with respect for his knowledge, and he was so extremely rude - it was obvious they do not have a clue what ""Customer Service"" means. He walked away so fast, that we did not even get a chance to ask him to weigh the piece, and as I said .... we were left abandoned in the middle of store. We wound up taking a WWII piece to another silver broker, a difference between day and night, and left there extremely satisfied. Not only did we leave the other broker satisfied, they paid us TOP dollar ($18.00 an ounce) they also paid us a fantastic price for our gold scrap and coins. All of which we were ready to get offers from Twin Cities Gold and Silver Exchange. Obviously - they have enough business or they would not treat customers like they did us.
