THE ONLY PERSON THAT WOULD SAY THIS IS A GOOD PLACE IS SOMEONE THAT IS IN OK WITH CRIME, ROACHES AND STAFF THAT ACT LIKE THEY GET PAID $5.00 AN HR. The laundry facility is the nasty thing I have ever seen and everything is 1.50 per load wash or dry. It's located in the basement where the trash chute is so it smells insane... Gotta be rats down... Tons of roaches down there too. The only positives about this place is the location (which there are tons of apts in the area), the view if u live above the 9th floor and the fact that there is a store and food shops downstairs BUT after walking the halls and seeing all the roaches, esp on the first floor, why the heck would you trust eating that food that has been sitting out! Careful what you bite into. Even when I cook, I can't sit down right away to enjoy my meal b/c I gotta make sure my leftovers are put away so no bugs will come out. No matter how much I bomb it spray u will see a bug from time to time. Depends on how clean your neighbors are too. I only see a bug here and there but the hallways are filthy! Another thing- be sure to ride around back and look at the residents parking. Very cluttered! I would bet that all the cars with dings got them from parking back there! I promise u, no matter what your budget is you can do better. OAN if u don't believe me the doors are almost never locked even at night so see for yourself without the fake, $5.00 smile the broads in the leasing office paste on. Their a bunch of liars and they wouldn't even dare live here. The Buildind was built in the 1700 and the only thing renovated are the carpets.
