Full of Cockroaches, just make a little hole in a wall and you will see, the entire building is full of them, very lazy staff, the girl at the office is rude and uneducated, the security is always looking all women there like a teenager, small apartments in a very high price, they charge a very high maintenance fee to the owners, pushing them to sell or miss a payment so they can sue them and get the property. The administration is owning more than 60% of all apartments. Be aware, when your lease ends they do everything to keep your deposit, it will be impossible to get it back.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! My apartment is roach infested. The property has weekly pest control spraying, which I've had every week since I moved in and the problem still persists. I have complained to the office frequently and they suggested I get Combat or Raid. I have never lived anywhere with roaches especially for the price I'm paying. I pay $954 for a 2/2 and it is not worth the price at all. I will not be renewing my lease and depending on the actions taken my management I will probably break my lease. I have an infant child and they don't seem to care but I know none of them would like to live like this. I'm a very clean person and nothing info helps the situation.

This is a beautiful place to live. All staff is easy to work with and I appreciate them all. I hardly remember names unless people do something to make it memorable to me and that can be something good or bad. In this case it is incredibly good...and all that I share is done with a smile on my face. With that said, I remember Jennifer who is the manager because she was extremely kind and professional when I was in need of help. I can't forget Nikki because of her professionalism and willingness to help. I made a point to find out Edgar's name because of all of his hard work. Whenever I have had something wrong during the past 2 years I have lived here he has been excellent. He has a good attitude and fixes whatever I need done. Matt goes above and beyond when providing service and he really impresses me. I love Matt's personality, he is that someone that anyone would love to have on their team. He is thoughtful, hardworking, kind and extremely professional. I haven't needed any major repairs because this is a great place but when I needed to have shelves reinforced, closet doors realigned (because I was too rough), filters changed, additional smoke detectors, extermination, an electrical glitch, my bathtub re-done, stopping of a leak...all normal things that happen in day to day life. They have been there. Nikki drew up the works orders quickly, efficiently and everything ran like clockwork each and every time. So in addition to living in a nice place you have the assurance of knowing that your needs will be met in a timely manner. The work will be completed by dependable, hardworking maintenance men with great attitudes. Attitude matters the most because good customer service is hard to find and if you are like me always appreciated!!! Thank you Bella Terrazza! I will spread my review around because I am happy. Otherwise I would not take the time so believe me, I am pleased and highly satisfied.

These apartments are so large that they feel more like a house than an apartment. Our homes are 50% bigger than the average community in the market. The average building has 3 units - not 12 - so you can expect a greater sense of privacy. Don't give him a deposit. If you change your plans he'll keep it. I recommended a widow lady to him who needed a place to stay after a prolonged period of illness and lingering death of her husband. The proprieteror wanted the entire balance due up front, then changed to accept half down. When the widow's plans changed, he refused to refund her deposit. Avoid this business as if it were the plague!

When I moved in 4-5 years ago this place was ok, the people in the office was helpful it was only Michelle as a Manager and Romy who was a great leasing Agent, for me he was very professional and he was trying to do his job properly but he left about 3 years ago and I do understand know why. Before you move in to this property think about it and if you have kids double check everything, this is not a good place for kids, ask former or current residents if you can and of course look for the reviews, this place is the worse place that I used to live, they are doing everything wrong at the main office, the management does not know what to do, they are unprofessional, the community is full of garbage, there is a lot of Dog Excrement everywhere, the stairs in buildings are full of garbage, stained, full of insects, the maintenance people does not help at all and I'm understand maybe they don't get pay properly, Miss Michelle would tell you that she loves you and she likes you but at the end is all false, so the emergency line does not work at all, if you have a problem with the AC or a toilet you would have that problem forever because NOBODY would help NOBODY will fix anything in the unit. Rent prices are exaggeratedly ridiculous, very expensive for what it is, I hope these references will help you make to the best decision.

We had massive plumbing issues that were left unserviced when reported in January that lead to sewage backing up into our bath tubs by the time it was handle three days after it was reported. This was also reported by the connecting duplex at this time who had the same issues. Both request were not taken care of until we called after hours service. The maintenance man and the plumber said they were both never told about the issue at either unit. We have been waiting two months to hear back about the unsealed Windows in our unit that formed icicles inside the house during the winter and let bugs in all summer. It was not until our lease renewal was addressed that we were even contact about the bid that was done in February. We are now being asked to pay more rent in a unit that is serviced so poorly? Their response was to buy bug spray for the windows and that we should be happy it will be resolved eventually. We are "lucky" we don't pay more for our rent as well.

I have had a leaky chimney for over 2 years that they have refused to fix, despite my repeated attempts to contact them. Their manager of the property refuses to return my calls or emails. Following the recent snowstorm, we still have damaged trees and branches scattered across the property over 3 weeks later. They refuse to remove graffiti, hire ineffectual repair people, and essentially steal your money every month. The five starred reports were obviously written by the company to raise their rating. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE ONE STARRED REVIEWS, THOSE ARE WRITTEN BY ACTUAL PEOPLE. STAY AWAY FOR ALL PROPERTY SERVICES FOR RENTING OR MANAGING YOUR PROPERTY!
