I am a corporate marketing manager for a major QSR business. I dont need his pity. The menuboard was not user-friendly. There were 2 prices on the board 8.99 and 11.99 - I guess every customer that asks questions about the prices are stupid. you have 4 -5 meats to choose from and a few veggies. if i walked in the back and did a QSC, I guarantee he wouldnt be compliant with any safety/health codes. why would you treat a first time customer in that manner? your average net sales are probably in the low 3-4k and the traffic in that area is low. As the last 2 times, my ribs were crunchy, hard, had a burnt taste to them. When I go to the store on lee rd, the ribs are so juicy and tender and delicious. It makes no sense for me to have to travel (with gas prices the way they are) all the way across town to get a decent meal. I feel it's unfair to pay my money and get a meal I can't even stomach. This time the food also made my boyfriend sick. What is going on in this store? It's terrible."
