We double checked their store hours online, and headed out. We arrived at the store(which actually appears to be a storage facility) at approximately 2:55pm on Saturday, June 20. Their website and all ads stated they are open until 4pm on Saturdays. When I walked in, I was told they were closing at 3pm. I stated that we had driven over an hour to get there based on the hours stated on their website and their multiple ads, and the lady said ""We have new summer hours now"". Truly disappointing to make a trip like that only to be told something completely different than what they advertise. We definitely will not make the trip again. What a shame they were unwilling to accommodate someone who took the time to travel to their store...this is not the level of customer service I would have hoped to find. Hopefully we will have better luck elsewhere."
