Why would someone ask for sleeves to be hemmed too short to wear? He claimed I authorized it over the phone. I did not. I would remember talking to my tailor and requesting something that I was even there to be fitted for. Finally, one of the shirts had a 2 inch pen mark on the back. He would not even consider the possibility of making a mistake or offering a partial refund. He raised his voice and kept interrupting me as I tried to explain what had happened.
