Calls have been made to this business about their policy which they SWEAR is in accordance with the laws of Texas, but I can assure you, after the responses they have given all of us moms who have posted objections to the treatment of our friend, they are not the least bit sympathetic. Had my friend moved, as was suggested, she would not longer have had visual contact with her daughter. There is another negative review on here about the safety standards of this gym, and I whole-heartedly agree. You want to always keep you eye on you child because they can very easily get out or get hurt. This gym is just too big to ask someone to move to an enclosed room to nurse. Very disappointed in them."

Apache since she was 3 months old (when it was called Bright Child). My daughter is now 2 years old, and she loves attending school ever day. The school is much better under the direction of KP than BC. I will admit I am THAT parent, who is very involved in her child's life. I am not the ""daycare drop-off"" kind of parent. I'm always asking questions about the curriculum, activities, the teachers, etc. - and the directors have ALWAYS been patient and professional with me and kindly addresses all my questions and concerns. Ms. Shanda and Ms. Jamaika have also been great with looking out for the well-being of my daughter. Without going into details, I had a personal incident earlier this year that made me nervous, BUT these ladies handle the situation with ease and grace and helped put my mind at peace. In addition to the great directors, I love daughter's teacher, Ms. Akieya! As a teacher myself, I am so happy that my daughter has a teacher whose actions match her words, and I can see that she really cares about my daughter and her classmates. I always make sure I tell Ms. Akieya at least once a month how grateful I am for her and how much she is appreciated. It is chaotic to me, but it works for them! They offer a great all day program for working parents. Kids can be dropped off as early as 6am and stay as late as 6pm. Another great feature is that your children can sign up (at an additional cost) for gymnastics, piano and karate lessons. The curriculum is pretty good too. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars isn't a reason not to consider them for your children. They are definitely worth looking at. My only hold back is a staffing issue. As I said in the beginning, the place is a little chaotic, at least until you learn the system. And she is not very helpful when it comes to helping you, as a parent, learn. She does have a few families that she will go out of her way to help and warmly greet each morning, but we were never lucky enough to be one of them. Some teachers throw their hearts into their class. The others throw toys at the kids to keep them entertained, sit back, and wait until pick-up time. Rarely does any actual """"learning"""" take place. Administration is awful. They do not care about their employees, and do nothing to keep them happy. That results in a quick turn-over rate. Administration only cares about maintaining NYS ratio-laws, which means flopping children from class to class, based on available staff. There is a PTA-like group, called the PAB (parent advisory board). If you must consider Tutor Time as a place to send your child, I suggest asking the director for contact information for PAB members. They are other parents who will offer you the truth behind the center. This center is extremely expensive and most parents are unaware of what a sham it actually is here. I would never send my child to a center that is run by a large corporation because, again, everything comes down to profit. I highly suggest you look into a different center. Save your time and money."
