For starters, there are always coupons available on their site. They also take competitors coupons so I literally never have to pay full price. Their location is great, always with plenty of available parking or drive up, which I typically use. I used to go to one of the other high profile LA cleaners and I had a lot of problems with buttons on my shirts being broken off and lost but at Carriage Regal, I never have any issues and they do an excellent job with laundry, press and environmentally friendly dry cleaning. And they have a great tailor who I take all my jeans to and he does a fantastic job every time! Last but not least, they've always got a full candy dish with premium candy bars, m&m's, etc. If you are wasting your money at one of the other trendy LA cleaners, you should really check Carriage Regal/MrDrycleaner out. I then took it to G.O. Keller (my friends at work had said it was the best around). They looked at what we had done, asked if my son could come in (he couldn't), then did an excellent job of that - and of the dress I needed fixed and cleaned, and of my husband's just plain cleaning. After having several local yokels near where I live ruin some beautiful silk blouses - I'm going to GO Keller tomorrow to prep for a wedding, even though school's not in session and it's far out of the way. She said ""no I'm not."" Ummm, yea, you are lady. Rudeness is the opinion of the person on the receiving end! She was rude, not helpful, not knowledgeable of the business at all, giving no suggestions other than to call someone else."
