I had to replace some clouded window panes on my house and patio doors recently. I had them done just 3 years ago by another glass company and about 2 years before that by that same company so I was fed up. Mr. Harrington was a nice guy and was always truthful about the cost and time. He even told me that the glass that was fogged has a 10 year warranty and he may be able to get the cost of the glass reimbursed by the company that made the panels originally. What good news!!!

Arnold's Auto Glass had my window for over a week and did not order the glass. They told both my girlfriend and I that it would be ordered. (two separate employees) My girlfriend spoke with them in person when she dropped off the window and I called to follow up. We were both assured it was being taken care of. Upon arrival to pick up the window today, we were told they never ordered the glass and they said they did not have contact info for us and that no one had ever called about it, but later in the conversation slipped up and said "Well when he called about it..." This experience with Arnold's Auto Glass has shown me that they are unorganized, unapologetic and their employees are willing to lie instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes. I am not in a situation where I am unable to list my girlfriends home on the market and will have to buy a custom window to install to meet our deadline. This extreme inconvenience has added substantial additional expense and a great deal of unnecessary stress courtesy of Arnold's Auto Glass. I will be returning there tomorrow in an attempt to make contact with a manager as my girlfriend was not allowed that privilege today. I will update this review with the results of that visit.I would recommend choosing anywhere but Arnold's Auto Glass for your glass needs.

BEWARE! All those 5 stars are FAKE! These people are a bunch of crooks! The repair lasted only 30 days and the glass they installed cracked and would not go up. We brought it back since it was only 30 days but their customer service was HORRENDOUS. They didnt even asses the problem before they blamed that it was the motor or "regulator" How could they have known if they didnt even look at it. This business does not care about their customers. VERY SHADY PEOPLE!

Somebody smashed the front passenger window in my Tacoma one night and I wanted it fixed asap. I found this shop while driving down union just after work, about 5:15PM. They were still open and I was able to drive right in and have them install the window. They were professional, fast, and no hassle. And, they didn't betray their name: the whole job was about a hundred dollars. I highly recommend them!
