This company messed up my prescription and refused to make it right or give me a refund. I had an eye exam with them, purchased frames, and got the prescription filled. When I told the manager they did it wrong, he said, my eye sight must have changed. When I argued with him he hung up on me. I contacted corporate and never heard back. Don't shop here. They are completely unethical.

I live a few blocks away from the store on Bleecker and walked in one Sunday when I needed immediate attention to one of my eyes, which was bothering me. The salespeople were extremely friendly and helpful and were able to accommodate me, even though the optometrist on duty was booked solid for the day. The optometrist examined my eye and sent me to the emergency room, then later, when that visit didn't clear up the problem, one of the sales people referred me to an excellent opthamologist in the city, who told me if I had waited any longer, I could have permanently damaged my cornea. I have purchased six pairs of glasses from the store, and am pleased with every one of them. Since I now no longer wear contacts and can't really ""see"" the glasses when I am trying them on, I rely on the opinion of the salespeople as far as look and fit go. And I get complements on my glasses all the time. They also sell these really cool disposable lens cleaner packets that you can throw in your purse. I am really lazy about going to the doctor, so if it hadn't been for ""See,"" I could literally have lost my vision. Obviously, their specialty is selling eyewear, but the concern and expertise of the salespeople really made a huge impact on my life and my health. Thank you!

I had an appt to be there at 3pm, and I showed up at 230 to complete paperwork since I was new. I was not seen until after 345! The glasses staff is pushy and service is slow all around! I have been trying to call them for 3 days now (same happened when I tried to schedule an appt, I shouldve known better then!) to tell them I think they messed up my perscription because my eyes have been tearing and burning like crazy since I got these glasses! Do not go here - its not worth it.
