I had occasionally taken very simple things there to be done for about a year - dress or skirt hems or altering a waistline for the most part. The work was rarely completed when promised, but it was usually done adequately and since the shop is near to where I live, I just came back another day to pick up the work. However, there were a few times when they got it all wrong and it had to be done again. A BIG mistake to take the last piece there. It was a reversible designer skirt by Gary Graham, with a decorative border sewn onto one of the sides of the skirt. I made sure to point this out, that the piece was reversible, etc. Well, they RUINED the garment. After going back THREE times to pick it up when they said it would be ready, when it was finally done, they had put the decorative border on the wrong side of the skirt!!! In addition, they'd hemmed it to the wrong length... and they still wanted to charge me (way too much), and were complaining about how difficult a job it was. This is not a place that takes pride in their work, and they do not have professional standards. If you care about your clothes, go somewhere else. Luigi, the owner, is a real snake. Sorry to have to say this, but he's one of the worst I've come across."

I went into the store, spoke with who I thought was the seam stress.This women was very unprofessional she was yelling at me from the beginning of the conversation, she repeatedly kept telling me I gained weight that this situation was all my fault and they refused to fix the situation she was to busy trying to prove her point that it wasn't the business fault after I explained thewomen who got my dress didn't want to measure me and I had to ask her 3 times to measure me.Manager was dealing with continued to yell and decides to tell me to get my dress & leave. Also they sold my maid of honors dress didn't tell me."

They didn't tell me that fixing that part of the problem would make another part of the problem worse. When I went in to pick them up they didn't even ask me to try them on. I had to ask to try them on before I paid for them. When I told them I wasn't happy with the alteration they told me they could do another repair(for more money of course)that might actually fix the problem. Then they told me the way the pants were originally made was the reason the first alteration didn't fix the problem. I decided I had already lost enough money and time dealing with their extremely poor customer service.",,,,
