I caught the maintenance man trying to steal from a tenant who was being evicted. I have been lied to, called a liar, ignored and threatened by the management. In the hallway you can hear the resident's forks on their dinner plates, as well as the TV, phone calls, etc. There have been 9 managers over the last 5 years and only 2 of them actually cared about the tenants. There is literally no place for children to play. Expect immediate rent increases, the first 2 lease renewals had a $50 increase, so I pay $750 for a 1 bedroom. Too expensive for a poorly maintained, 45 year old building, with bad management."
