When he showed up to provide the estimate one of the things the owner did was bad mouth other glasses companies in the city. Because he was available I gave him the job, that was my first mistake. Of the 6 windows he so called repaired only two function properly. With out checking the function of the windows I paid him in full that was my second mistake. Once I did check the windows they did note stay up. I called the owner several times and when he did answer he stated that he had personal problems and did not have time to return to make things right.
