Two of us arrived 5 minutes early and were told the table I requested was ready. But they refused to seat us until all 4 people arrived. In the meantime, the table I had requested was given to someone else. When my other 2 people arrived we were seated in a high-traffic, noisy area by the bar. I had reserved the table and we would have had drinks once seated, but we weren't allowed to sit. Instead we just had water with our meals, so Bogey's probably lost an additional $20.00 from my party."

The physical structure is a dump with ceiling tiles falling, the restrooms filthy and smelly, and the staff was very unfriendly when we got inside, and it took a minute until one of them offered that we needed to seat ourselves. The sign alerting customers of cash only and no sharing tickets was not big enough to really notice, and the waitress didn't offer to notify or remind us. We all ordered hamburgers, and with a near empty dining area, we expected to have our meals fairly soon. Took a little longer than I expected. The waitress never came back to refill water glasses or ask if we needed anything until we were done, then asked if we wanted desert, acted offended when we said no thank you, and immediately brought our bill and was obviously done with us. This place did not live up to its reputation (how it got legendary status is beyond us), the prices were way too high for the quality and taste of the food served, and we will not be returning. Ever. It was not worth the 40 minute round trip from our fishing spot, despite getting skunked. Hmmm.
