I finally spoke with the owner Tom who wanted me to let the cleaner try again. I said that given my three experiences I did not want to do that and expected a full refund. He granted that. Afterwords I received a shirt back with a new hole in it. I again drew it to the storeВ’s attention and they were more than gracious and understanding. They asked for the replacement value which was $165. The store manager called me and with embarrassment And stated that the owner Tom would like to give me only $80 as the shirt had been cleaned by them several times before. I spent over three months waiting for the dress to be preserved and gave them 3 tries with many unkept promises that the owner would call and me to Resolve the issue. I have always had exceptional service from the people at the N. Hills and Pleasant Valley stores-both managers and employees. However if this is the attitude Tom , the owner, I no longer trust them with my regular clothes much less treasured items.
