Made to hook up own boat after paying $550.00 to move my boat off a shoal. Literally took 30 seconds. I was solicted by them on Ch 16. I was just across from their office in Panama City at the Boat Yard. Then after i said no they came over and sat thereand looked at us and said the tide was low so we would be there for a long time. So I finally gave in. While hooking up my boat that the Seatow agent should have done....got severe cuts on my feet from oyster shells. I am filing a lawsuit in Bay County for this. Absolute ripoff. Do yourself a favor......call boatus. Seatow in Panama city is terrible.
