I've been looking for a good medical supply and ran across O'Neal Medical. I gave them a try. They actually fitted my mask with new cushions and made sure they were correct, and I wasn't a registered customer of theirs at the time, and didn't charge me, the cushions I had were sealed and untouched so they were a swap out. I became a new customer of theirs in days to come and very glad I did. These people are the best. They are very friendly and helpful, also making sure your happy with the items and service. I wore the canula wrong for months! No one ever showed up to do maintenance on the machine or to pick up empty cylinders. My phone calls to the business resulted in many promises but no action. If I had back all the time I have spent waiting for Apria to show up I would easily have a three week vacation. The best advice I can give them to improve their service is DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS. Second would be to give the customer your first and last name so they can find you again. I once waited three months for supplies like tubing and canulas. I finally suggested they just send it to me by FedEx, which they did. I would strongly advise everyone to not go with this company. My doctor chose them but I have to have the insurance company's approval before I can change to a company who actually lives up to their promises",,,,
