First off, this office's correct address is: 3860 Broadway Street, # 104, American Canyon, CA 94503. In a short time Dr. Nahreen Imam became our favorite family dentist. The atmosphere is very peaceful and welcoming, the staff extremely cordial. The dentist takes comprehensive care of your dental health. I had to had root-canal-therapy and was so nervous at first. But her friendly encouragement and skills drove my fears away. I strongly recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone in your family.

The staff and the dentist at this office are excellent. Everyone is professional and the dental facility is clean and modern. I have been a patient for only 6 months and the three visits that I have had there were painless and the treatment was excellent. I used t be apprehensive about going to the dentist, but I feel a ease and very comfortable at this offfice. I have recommended this practice to my husband and my entire family go to Dr. Maahs now.

For two years now I have been going to see Dr. Maahs for my dental care. He has done a very outstanding job for me. Earlier this month he did a new all white crown for me and one filling. The color match was excellent and you could not tell it was not a real tooth when I smile. I am usually very nervous at the dentist, but I feel comfortable going to this office. I will refer my friends to him, as I have had a good experience here.

Watch out for this guy! Around the 1st of March, 2011, I called for an appointment and told his office that I was referred to him and that I was in a lot of pain. They made me wait over two weeks to get in. I asked twice beforehand how much the appointment was going to cost and was told BOTH times the cost was $210. Freimuth spent about 10-15 minutes checking me. He was very impatient and treated me and my wife terribly. It was almost to the point of being just plain rude. I am in my 60s and in all these years of dealing with doctors, this was by far my worst experience. He was extremely insensitive! Then to top this all off, when I went to pay with my the bill, he upped my it to $300. I was so in shock about how my wife and I were treated that we just paid the bill and left. A few days later my wife stopped by his office to pick up copies of my file. She spoke with Dr. Freimuth's assistant and asked about why the bill went from $210 to $300. She had no explanation that made any sense whatsoever and seemed to be irritated about the fact that my wife was even questioning the bill. All in all, a very bad experience.

I wish I had know better before being treated for a root canal by Dr. Thomas Balcerak who is a general dentist at Advantage Dentistry (Kenmore NY). A few months after I was treated I had to revisit because of how much pain I was experiencing. Apparently Dr. Balcerak did not perform or clean out the root canal correctly and so it had to be retreated it. A year later I still am experiencing pain once more and for a 3rd time will have a root canal on the same tooth. My advice is to really do your research before trusting any dentist especially because their expensive.

Well my experience here starts when I was headed over for my appointment. I got lost so I called to get directions and to tell them that I was almost there. I was going to be about 10 minutes late and when I called, the person over the phone told me that since I was not there at that specific time that I couldn't be seen. They never answered my original question of where they were located. They refused for me to come in at all that day and also never offered any other alternatives or even gave a referral of another place that I could be seen at that time. I could've sworn that there was a grace period for your appointments. What kind of service would you call it that when you get there you sign in and they can take their time before they call you in to be seen. On average it's about 30-45 minutes before you get seen. Yet on the other hand you might be a little late so you call to give them a heads up that you are on your way and they so bluntly close you out. No if's and's or but's about it. That is POOR customer service!!!!! There are plenty of other dental clinics around and this place should be appreciative and wanting of our business. After all, if it weren't for us going there they'd all be out of a job. I call it good customer service when you put the customer first and actually make an effort to service them the best. If it's poor service you want then this is the place for you.
