When I called and talked to the owner to question why I was being charged for the work considering how much money they had already cost me in materials he told me that they were being nice by only charging me to roll one piece instead of two! He then asked what the piece was being used for and when I told him it was for a sculpture commissioned by the federal government, he said """"Oh, that explains why it has to look good. A lot of times when we roll things for sculptors, it doesn't matter what it looks like because it is for an armature or something"""". I still don't understand why it matters what I am using the metal for. I think the same care should be taken no matter what will be done with it and if you screw something up, you should make it right!
