When she hit my ear in that painful spot I cried and that's all I did the whole 2 hours I was in there. While she was cleaning my ears and I jumped she said stop and relax your shoulders. Then has the nerve to say you were more upset that I wouldn't fill out this physical and I was like no you hurt my dang ear. Who puts a LONG and PLASTIC TUBE in someones ear like that. when they flushed it out it made it worse I couldn't take the pain since she had already messed with my ear. I never wanna go here again and I recommend that you don't either. If you get this doctor I'm going to pray for you because that whole thing is a mess. The other doctors and nurses are very nice and tried to take care of me the best way since I was crying(the entire time). This doctors name is Dr. Claudia O Arumula and if you get her not by choice like me you'll see what I was talking about and what everyone else was talking about. My ear is still throbbing in pain and if I wasn't so determined to get that physical for my nursing class I would have walked out without a care in the world.
