They told me they had most of them. We came armed with photos of what she liked. None of the gowns I requested were in the store, none of the styles they brought in was what we wanted. They sent us into the stock room to pull dresses, but abandoned us there so we ended up pulling styles that were not what she wanted. The staff was nice, the selection large but little to my daughters liking. No one helped my daughter in & out of the dresses or was there to hang them up. The maid of honnor & I did that...we were very disappointed in HOF on almost every level."
