They had to split us in to two groups 20 at two grills and 6 at another, and come to find out that they only scheduled 2 hibachi chefs that night. So what happened is the table of 6 was done eating before they even started cooking for the rest of the group and they had to just sit around waiting. As the meal went on some were going to the bar to get their own drinks because of the lack of service. The only bright side of the dinner was the hibachi chefs they had their act together and were very good. To make a frustrating story short, even after making a reservation! В…they were unpreparedВ… understaffedВ… and undermanagedВ… And to beat it all there was no cake and no acknowledgement to her on her special day.
