The equipment worked fine did the job. Upon returning it to them, i was told i would receive my deposit within a few days. Well a few days then turned into to three weeks, so i called them and was told only then that it infact does not take a few days that it can take up to a month. So i said ok i bit the loss and figured we will see our money back soon enough. Well its been since the first week of May and this is now July and i still have not received my deposit back and now we actually need it. So long story short im not sure if anyone else has ever had issues getting a depsoit back after being told the machine was perfect Give us a day or so. Besides this deposit businesses the company was great had what we needed held it for me till i needed free of hold fees and the workers are all very respectful. I just wish my deposit was refunded as promised n that they had been honest from day one and said hey it takes a while not a few days. Sad to say ill be paying more at other company's that i know will refund me when promised. I will NEVER rent anything from them ever again!"

Then the sound time home depot waited 3 whole months to tell her that the cabinets came & where at the Texarkana ware house. Then when they delivered.they where pieces missing. The store manager is a woman from El Salvador.corporate refused to help.at one point they got so mad they even threatened to call the police on my niece. And all the female employees were laughing at my niece.she had a car accident so she never did pursue any coleteral damages. Because I think home depot owns her money.she ended up returning the product minus the designer $ she lost that.one black female employees even said that all the customer at home depot at trash ghetto landlords. & that my niece was better off shopping at Lowe's. Bevcarefull with this store. I have video/ voice recordings & paper to prove to any one of this store vtreament of my family"
