In a time filled with increased competition, social media, etc... I would have expected a better response to my complaint. They made no restitution to my mom. We should have sued but did not think litgiously at the time, we unlike them are too decent. Several jewelers in Huntington leave something to be desired and are Way over priced. I've shopped all over the world and am very disappointed currently in the level of respect or lack thereof in my local merchants, very sorry to say. The Children that have taken over their parents establishments do not have the quality or manners their parents had, and I'm saying this as one of their peers!!!"
