They offered a $29 new patient special, called their ""Limited Exam"" special so that he could get in and see a dentist (this was to cover the exam and x-rays В– he didn't need a cleaning, so this was the option that he was told he needed). This $29 fee was paid with our debit card before he went back to see anyone. The remainder of the bill was $666 for two extractions. We paid for this in full with our card before any work was done, and again were reminded that we could file a claim to recoup any coverages from our insurer. We attempted to file the claim on our own. On 6/30 we called to inquire about the status and a receptionist noted that they had already filed our claim, noting that their weekend staff didnВ’t give her the memo. Communication seems to be a big issue here. It was also noted that an email was sent to my spouse in response to all of this, but weВ’ve not gotten anything from them. WeВ’ve been told that a credit for the В“differenceВ” would be placed on our credit card. As of today, that has not happened. But the most frustrating and dishonest part of all of this? They filed a separate claim with our insurance company for the exam and x-rays, even though those services were already covered with the $29 fee we paid. Their front office is not helpful, and management will not return our calls or emails. This company needs to do the right thing and fix their organizational and billing nightmare.",,,,

The pain in that tooth was gone in about a week. That was 3 years ago and I havent had any issues with that tooth since. I stopped going to the dentist at all because I could never get my free cleanings. Recently I started having pain in one of my back teeth, I feared a cavity so I went to another dentist for the first time ever here in town. Indeed I had a cavity. They asked me if I wanted to set up an appointment for a cleaning as well and I looked at them kind of funny. I told them what Bullsboro Drive dental had told me all those years. The dentist and hygienist both looked at eachother and just shook their heads. "" We hear these stories alot from patients coming from there"" . I was told that my teeth were no where near bad enough that they could not do my free regular cleanings for me. Apparently I was told this for so many years because Bullsboro Drive dental was looking to make the most money that they could. Also my new dentist xrayed the tooth I was told by Bullsboro Drive dental that needed a root canal and there is nothing at all wrong with that tooth. I went YEARS without getting my teeth cleaned because of Bullsboro Drive dental and ended up with my first cavity at 30 years old and yes I blame them. This place should be shut down. Trying to give people root canals for no reason just to make some money? Is that even legal? DO NOT go to this place. Stay far, far away and tell everyone you know"

Around the 1st of March, 2011, I called for an appointment and told his office that I was referred to him and that I was in a lot of pain. They made me wait over two weeks to get in. I asked twice beforehand how much the appointment was going to cost and was told BOTH times the cost was $210. Freimuth spent about 10-15 minutes checking me. He was very impatient and treated me and my wife terribly. It was almost to the point of being just plain rude. I am in my 60s and in all these years of dealing with doctors, this was by far my worst experience. He was extremely insensitive! Then to top this all off, when I went to pay with my the bill, he upped my it to $300. I was so in shock about how my wife and I were treated that we just paid the bill and left. A few days later my wife stopped by his office to pick up copies of my file. She spoke with Dr. Freimuth's assistant and asked about why the bill went from $210 to $300. She had no explanation that made any sense whatsoever and seemed to be irritated about the fact that my wife was even questioning the bill. All in all, a very bad experience.",,,,
