In 1990, Modern Plumbing Industries implemented profit sharing as a means of distributing part of the company's financial success to the employees who made it possible. That year, we also renamed the company Modern Plumbing Industries, Incorporated. The newly-named company relocated again in 1998 to our current facility, and we began investing in more advanced technology. Although we had grown significantly, we still operated as a humble, family-owned business, working together as a team.
