The secretary was very professional and kind and told me that I would be getting a call to schedule the work. By 8:30 Tuesday morning I had a phone call from the owner. The work was completed and I am very satisfied. The gentleman explained the flush out process and let me know about the warranty information that came with the new pump. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with this company. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future should the need arise."

For whatever reason, we continually have issues with all of the only three major telecommunications carriers (which in itself is odd we have no more choices than that) that service Baldwin County- AT&T, Mediacom, & Dish TV! Bottom-line: My wireless problems were so bad that I could not even maintain a reliable connection, AT&T could not fix the problem after going through 5-modems in 3-weeks, I, in desperation, switched carriers. Mediacom does not guarantee their wireless service- which all resulted in the network card of a brand new very expensive laptop being fried! The only option I had left was to have CAT-5 LAN cable run through the house to get all my electronic devices off wireless. I called Michael and his son, they came out the same day surveyed the problem, recommend the cheapest fix and where back within less than 96-hours to fix the problem. Both Michael and his son worked from 1500 in the afternoon until 2200 at night to complete the job. The job was not only professionally and very neatly done, all my devices in every room of the house obtain the same connection speed as a device connected directly to the Modem. Michael and his son were also very courteous, kind, professional, and gave numerous helpful tips. I would very, very highly, without reservation or hesitation recommend Michael and his son to anyone! I do not say that about a whole lot of people or services, anymore!",,,,

""Yes, you're on the schedule. He'll call you in the next few hours."" 4:30 rolls around (a mere hour and a half before the time was up). I received a phone call. The gist of the conversation: ""Because you live so far out, and we've had some emergencies come up, and some people have quit, and a tech had a baby today, we won't be able to come see you for a week and a half,"" What the.... I said, ""I'd like to talk to your manager."" ""He's on a call."" I told her that this was ridiculous. These issues DIDN'T all happen in the last 2.5 hours. She told me she'd call the manager right now and have him call me back. 10 minutes later, I called HER. ""He said he won't be able to talk to you and there's nothing we can do about it except reschedule you."" Uh, no. The lady I talked to was pleasant, even when I was getting upset, but their business practices are bad. I was told that their commercial contracts take precedence, that there were emergencies. My frustration is that they didn't think enough of me to let me know that they couldn't get to me in a timely manner (they did NOT have 1.5 weeks worth of ""emergencies"" pop up between 1 and 4 this afternoon), that the manager refused to talk to me, that the lack of techs wasn't taken into account (they had left a few weeks ago) when they told me today would work, and that I was basically told my business wasn't a big enough check to worry about. I would strongly suggest not doing business with this company. It is obvious that they are more interested in commercial contracts than the residential ones.",,,,
