They are rip-off artists, and these warranties are no good and when you cancel them, the dealer won't cancel them and refund your money. You will have to hire a lawyer and sue them to get your money back. This dealer will not return your calls, or meet with you when you have a problem. When you require warranty service, they will charge you anyway claiming that your extended warranty or maintenance was not covered. This dealer is a cheat and liar. Buy your car elsewhere!

I needed to get rid of some stumps on a wooded road which produced some costly estimates. So I decided to rent a stump grinder from Marlton Rental and do it myself. I gave them 5 stars for these reasons: The price was reasonable, the equipment was ready on time, a friendly staff member provided clear and concise instructions, the grinder was in excellent condition and performed well, it came with a trailer to transport it and the trailer tipped for easy loading. The business is conveniently located just off Route 70 in downtown Marlton (Evesham Township) and a short distance from the intersection of Route 73. I wish all business transactions were like this one.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to visit Aberdeen Honda last weekend. My mother needed a car. I understand that high pressure is needed sometimes. This time it was not. I was embarassed for the behavior of the salesman who lied to us three times...constantly changing the price of the car...at first up by $2000, then asking what we would pay, then begging for "one more chance" ..then dropping it $200, but adding other things......and finally, literally, chasing us down the street when we left. Come on...either you can sell the car for what we'd like to pay, or you can't. I can respect your need to make a profit, can't you respect our intelligence? I was completely insulted by the way we were treated. Drive to Olympia. It's worth it.

IMO Worst car dealership ever. I bought a new 2012 Cadillac and the experience could not have been worse. About 2 weeks after signing the paperwork in the dealership i was forced to re-sign new paper work because of a misunderstanding over the paperwork not being explained completely. When i protested the finance person became very rude and defensive. At that point I asked get out of the deal but i was told that wasn't going to be an option. I wish i had done more research before going in. BBB has over 20 complaints on these guys.

They charged 40% over estimate. They also botched the paint color and than painted the rear panel and driver door to blend in the botched color. Hired to repair dent on only the rear drivers side door on newer charcoal gray car with 6k miles. Drivers side now looks silver gray. It should be a charcoal gray. They only needed to paint the rear door. Owner also admitted to BBB he used a cheaper paint instead of the manufacturer paint and they didnВ’t know how to mix the exact color. It now has to go to a professional to be completely repainted.

We brought our car in for interior detailing. When we received our car back the next day, our leather seat had a 1 1/2 inch clean cut on the passenger side. When we talked to the manager and owner, we were told it was there when we brought in the car, which was not true. They also told us that sometimes when they clean the leather, tears that weren't apparent, because of dirt, before become apparent. The other thing they said was after they noticed the tear on the seat, they started walking around the car and noticed dings and dents on the exterior, implying it wasn't worth it to them to do anything about their mistake. If they would have at least admitted their mistake, it would have made all the difference to us. We were very disappointed and do not plan to go back. We have also shared our experience with many of our friends.

I went to your service department in Belgrade they checked my car out telling me the Emergency Brake was going out but it was still safe to drive 30 seconds after leaving your lot my car started making a clunking noise my tires locked up. I had to spend 100 dollars else where to set the problem right. A bolt had broke off and was caught in the rotor between the brakes and was grinding there. Something they should have caught I was told you guys would do nothing for me. My advice stay away because they do not stand by their services

I'll start off by saying the only nice thing about Emich Volkswagen's service center is their waiting area. Unfortunately, everything from the customer service to the actual work done is sub-par at best. The service agent I dealt with was KB Brader, who assured me that their work was personally inspected by him prior to me picking it up and appeared flawless. When I looked at my car, there were several visible defects in the labor as well as additional repair work that they had to do to correct mistakes they made in the process. When I asked KB about the unnecessary additional work, he says that they have to write that it was a customer concern in order to be reimbursed by VW as warranty coverage. When I asked his manager Todd, he admitted that they caused damage while doing the repair work but it was fixed free of charge and so I shouldn't be concerned with what was written on the invoice. I also mentioned the visible defects and his response was that there was no way I could prove that they caused the damage, even though all the parts were brand new prior to their installation. After refusing to fix their poor work, I told them I was going to file an insurance claim against them. They didn't seem to care about how upset I was but fortunately my insurance company photographed and documents all the mistakes that were caused by Emich and I was told that they would go after them for full reimbursement for the cost of parts and labor. My insurance company also noticed that instead of replacing the broken parts that Emich damaged, they tried to glue them back together figuring I would never find out. The saddest thing is that these repairs were supposedly done by their shop foreman, which makes me wonder that if the boss tries to cover up his mistakes by gluing broken parts together, do they allow all their other mechanics to do the same?

Avoid this business. They are being picketed by an ever growing number of unsatisfied customers. They did not honor the warranty I was given on a rebuilt motor and have kept my vehicle for almost two years telling me that I have to pay them for their faulty work before I can have MY vehicle back. I want my old motor and my vehicle back and I will go to a business that will repair it for a fair price. The business owner would like to say I don't pay my bills however I have receipts of repair work paid in full as well as a payment made on this current repair contract. They haven't got paid because they didn't do the work. Come down to the next protest and find out first hand from people before you decide to patronize this business.
