Just like the good Ole days!!!!!!! Wonderful customer service, great people who really did everything to make this purchase perfect!!!! They went above and beyond any dealership I have ever delt with!!!! What a blessing to deal with a super great company! We purchased a pre owned F150, and they treated us as if we were purchasing the most expensive auto on the lot!!!!! I will go back, well, after I put 300,000 miles on this awesome F150!!!! I needed my car worked on and called Technique Towing (same owner as Advanced) to have it towed to my mechanic. And instead of taking to where I wanted them to they towed it to their shop to be repaired. They knew where I wanted it towed. The owner blamed it on the driver but I asked some other people and a few others had the same problem. To me they're pirates with tow trucks and I will never do business with them or recomend them.

This place is AWESOME! They took care of the repairs to my truck, made it look good as new and also fixed a ding in my windshield for free. The mechanic on duty did an oil change while I waited the day I picked up my truck. It was so nice to have a comfortable waiting room to wait in and the repairs were quick and professional. The whole staff was wonderful and friendly. Will definately go there again if the need arises.

Our son was involved in an accident and did over $3,000.00 worth of damage to his vehicle. The evening of the accident, they were called to come tow the vehicle, I think the gentleman's name was Roy. On Monday morning I called and spoke with Steve, not ever being involved in an accident, he told me exactly what to do. He explained that his estimate would be more than what the insurance company would come back with. He explained that they would try and put aftermarket part or used parts on our son's vehicle. He explained the difference between aftermarket and used to us and what our options were. During the whole process, we were able to come see the progress and the process of what was happening to his vehicle. Steve and his crew went OVER AND ABOVE the call of duty on his vehicle. The drivers side front was where the damage was, but they took out all the scuffs and dents on the drivers side. They suggested that we replace the rear bumper aswell (since I had made a comment that I had wanted to replace that one in time) so that I wouldn't have to pay for extra paint costs as they were already painting the whole side. I appreciated their honesty. Goliath, I am not sure what you are talking about with Sherry, she was nothing but pleasant and friendly with me and my family. If she didn't know the answer she would find out for me or pass me to someone who would. I am an extreme OCD person and everything must be as so and Keene Auto Body met my standards. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Keene Auto Body for helping us thru our first accident. Steve and his crew are top notch!

Stay away from this garage. Between Steve and Sherry they are so rude at this garage. I took my car there to be fixed was called 5 days later and told to pick it up it was done and ready. Yeah right I left work 4 hrs early to pick it up and when I arrived I could see the bubbles in the paint and I still had a dent. Steve the owner was extremely rude while I was explaining it he was walking off. When I was called again to pick it up. It was in ok condition the inside of the car was extremely dirty or dusty not sure what. I will clean it not sure what they did inside the car. But, I did not want to cause them any more grief even though they caused me plenty. My accident was horrible experience but I much rather be in an accident anyday than deal with this crew. I would not bring a wheel barrow in for them to fix. Just a bunch of kids working there. When Sherry the girl in the office calls me to come pick it up she says YOU MUST come before 4 PM I can't stay a minute longer. WOW what customer service. I lost 4 hrs of work to drive from Boston to Keene to pick up the car just to find out last week it was still not fixed. No apology nothing just acted like it was nothing for me to do this and I should be willing to. Bottom line is this if you value your car at all stay away from this garage. I definitely would go elsewhere and would not give them any business I am not sure how they stay in business being so rude and careless as they are

I was passing through town on my way to Virginia when a "check engine" light came on in my Mazda 5. I followed my GPS to the first Mazda dealer it could find, but the dealership was not there, so I pulled into Savannah Toyota. Elijah was very helpful and the service team found the problem. However, I could not stay long enough to get the problem fixed. Elijah confirmed that the problem would not cause the car to break down on my way to Virginia and advised me to get it to the Mazda dealer as soon as I got home. For all of this, the dealership charge me $0.00! While the visit took 2 hours, it gave me piece of mind, and the fact I was not charged was impressive. For the record, my other car is a 2005 Prius with 165K miles, and I still get over 50 mpg on it. I have told my wife that her next car needs to be a Toyota, not a Mazda. When I buy my next car, I wish I could buy it from Savannah Toyota. Thanks Elijah - you went above and beyond, and I appreciate it!

I had a problem in Atlanta with my Acura MDX. The technician there said a part needed replacement but did not have it in stock. Took the technician's written note to this dealer and the service center refused to change the part or take a look at the MDX as the service light was not on. Upon my insistence they finally took a look at it and agreed to change it. The sales manager had to get involved to finally get it fixed. But there is big difference between how this dealer treats its customer as compared to the two other Acura dealers I have visited in Columbus (Byers) and Atlanta (Duluth). They have very poor customer service. I would never bring my car here.

Would not give me even a 30 day warrenty on an 2003 camry. They lied and told me that the rate would be higher if I did not take a 1,000 car warrenty they have. So after I found out that was not the case, I cancelled the policy! Of couse I had to drive down to sign a piece of paper. What a joke! A month later, they still have my 1,000 plus. Car needed tires, brakes, alingment, battery corroded/died, oil and transmission fuild change. Salesmans never gave me a card, and I never heard from them again until I called finance to see why the warrenty co. never received my cancellation. Finance lady said, I just sent it to cooperate and they handle the rest! Big game- Go to another dealer for used! Somewhere that does at least basic maint. and warrenties!
