It wasn't that they were in the process of getting the dress ready or anything it was that they hadn't gotten to it, so come back in 30 min! Also they double book you when you come in for fittings and things. so I had a super catty bride thinking i was just a walk in on her appointment. No i made an appointment too!!! So if i had to do it over i would have researched alterations online to find the best place to go. Final thoughts: Too much stress, but beautiful dress!"

When I showed the dress to my friends, they all thought the dress came that way. My jeans were also perfectly fit my waist. I become a faithful customer of this place. Moreover, after I've learnt that Savannah is able to do excellent jobs with resizing the dresses, blouses, pants, suits...etc...whenever I go shopping, I pay attention in the clearance sections more often and don't care about the sizes of the clothes that much anymore because Savannah will fix all the problems for me with her magic and skill. If they return something to you that was damaged in the cleaning process, they will not stand behind it. They returned a dress shirt to me that was pressed for so long that the color was leeched out of the material. When I returned with the shirt, I was told it was an 'easy care' shirt that should not be professionally laundered (55% cotton, 45% polyester, solid, long-sleeve, by Damon, a very common shirt). The manager said Jones was not responsible for the damage and I could get a minor refund at best. She said they would not stand behind their work if any damage happened to my clothes in the future.
