On the arranged day, I received an email a few hours before the agreed time from the team letting me know that the electrician would be running late which was good to know. The electrician (James) also called me to provide a more accurate update on his arrival time which was very helpful. James was very professional and helpful and his work looks to have been done to a high standard. I would happily use Reid again. |
